Betsey has just released this wonderfully graphic quilt from her private collection! In excellent condition, the touching stars have been created from an assortment of stripes, checks and floral prints in browns, reds, taupes, and cream. With a very happy polka dot on red joining blocks this piece is both bold and fun - a graphic feast for the eyes. ...and in designers very sought after colors !!

The c.1880 top was finished beautifully using c.1800 fabrics for the backing and separately applied 3/8 binding. Exquisite hand quilting completes the piece with wreaths in the joining blocks, outline stitches in the individual diamonds and cross hatching in all remaining areas.

As this has been enjoyed for years as artwork in Betsey’s home it comes complete with sleeves for hanging! Professionally hand washed by Betsey. Quilts are always sent on approval.
