A bright and cheery quilt in excellent condition, this Double Wedding Ring is large enough to fit a queen sized bed. Solid blue and peach 2 ¾ inch joining blocks unify the colorful variety of cotton calico and print fabrics used to create the interlocking rings. Entirely hand pieced and hand quilted with outlining in the ring pieces and crosshatched square motifs in the white center of each ring. The ¼ inch blue on white calico binding has been carefully applied to follow the scalloped edge of the quilt, and the same peach fabric has been used for the wholecloth backing. Fun!
