Wow! This unused deep indigo and white linen quilt has been uplifted to the next level with the surprising and wonderfully graphic addition of a deep red floral print. Hand pieced and hand quilted with double diagonal lines, double arcs, and double crosshatching. The triple border measures 7 ½ inches wide with a white 3/8 inch binding turned over from back to front. The backing is white linen. The pattern is a bit of a mystery, so if anyone knows the name, please let us know! Please note that the full photograph inadvertently has cut off a small amount of the lower edge of the quilt; the actual quilt is in complete and unused condition.
