What a beautiful, crisp cotton quilt in pristine condition! Betsey is very pleased to offer this quilt in the Snowball pattern for her clients who seek the particular beauty and aesthetics of early 20th century quilts. It is pieced entirely by hand using just two solid colors; lavender and white. The snowballs measure 4 ½ inches in diameter and are surrounded by a lovely border treatment of lavender petals and scalloped edges measuring 4 inches at the widest part of the scallop.

The backing is white cotton with a 3/8 inch binding carefully applied to the scalloped edge using the same lavender as the top of the quilt. What an elegant and serene example of a lovely and popular pattern. The quilt maker’s choice of a two color palette augmented by the use of solid fabrics makes it easy to mix and match as a decorative accent. Professionally hand washed by Betsey and ready for your home.
