Two color quilts are always a joy to find! This is a lovely quilt containing sunshine yellow and white baskets framed by a double border. Executed in solid colors this soft and wonderful quilt will go with almost any décor and brings a touch of Spring to any room. Each 9 inch block is set on point with pieced baskets accented by hand appliqued handles. The inner 1 ½ inch yellow border and all baskets are hand outline quilted, with an eight point star stitched inside each basket handle. Beautiful diagonal cross hatch stitching outside the baskets and in the joining blocks, as well as a five line cable stitch in the wide 9 inch white border are also executed beautifully by hand.

The backing is the same white cotton fabric used on the front with a separately applied 3/8 inch white binding. Clean and soft this sweet quilt has been used but lovingly cared for and is in excellent condition. Professionally hand washed by Betsey this quilt is ready to send to you on approval.
