The perfect quilt for fabric lovers! In amazing condition, this wonderful quilt has a color palette both warm and wonderfully vibrant. The Ocean Wave pattern is a wonderful vehicle for showcasing stunning early fabrics in show stopping colors and prints – in this beautiful piece the latest is 1875. Triple borders in deep russet, orange, browns and gold frame the skillfully hand pieced inner design. Center diamonds in a red, taupe, cream and brown large scale paisley add anchor points for your eyes as they travel over the myriad patterns and colors.

Backing this quilt is a lovely cotton featuring taupe and white stripes with white circles and dark taupe dots. The applied 3/8 inch binding is in the same fabric as the backing. Hand quilted throughout in parallel lines, outline and echo outline.

A stunning quilt that would be gorgeous on a bed or as graphic art for the wall it is in excellent, unused condition. Professionally hand washed by Betsey and can be sent to you on approval for review in your home before purchase.
