Is it possible this doll quilt was a collaboration between a mother or grandmother and a child? It appears this cattywampus doll quilt has stitching done by both an adult and a child. It is an unusual but loving little doll quilt. The blocks are apx 8 x 8-1/2”. One reason why I think a child worked on this is because after it was pieced together it doesn’t lie flat. It is, after all, original.
