A sweet and very charming pattern known as Peony is showcased in this fragment from a larger 20th century quilt. Comprised of solid fabrics in pink and green on a white ground the blocks are hand pieced then machine stitched to the white joining blocks. Hand quilted with cross hatched suns in the large white blocks and overlapping circles covering the pieced flowers. Bound with a same date solid green 3/8 inch binding this fragment makes a perfect piece of art for your wall. Professionally hand washed by Betsey.
