This is a fabulous folk art quilt top in double pink and white cotton. Completely hand pieced and appliqued using small, even stitches it contains pieced Broken Dishes blocks alternating with blocks of appliqued stars and hearts. There were a number of areas with stains which we restored using same date fabric and it is now ready for your inspiration to finish into a quilted work of art. Blocks measure approximately 8 x 8 inches and are set on point. The quilt top's edges have slight fray which does not affect the seam allowance needed for finishing into a wonderful folk art quilt for bed or wall display.
