Turkey red centers, machine foundation pieced. The pieces range from 3/4" to 7/8" wide. People used to say that quilters put an obvious flaw in their quilts. I don't know if this is true, but for some reason there is one pink center chimney square. This is a quilt that would nicely fit a queen size bed or become a fabulous graphic art piece for your great room. The binding is put on half by machine. There is very little quilting. This is a summer quilt, which is great for warm climates or to be used all year long over a comforter or blanket. This, as with all cotton quilts, has been hand washed by me.
